The Seller for all products and services is My Kimmidoll, registered at PO Box 980, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 9GT.
Your order will be acknowledged on our website on the understanding that
delivery is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver
if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control
such as acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, or legislation.
If such a problem arises, we will advise you as soon as we can and you will
be issued with an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge
any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question.
Order Acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us
will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have
notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance
with the instructions below Cancellations.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and
will be debited when we receive your order.
You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at
the date you place your order. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time
to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
Where goods are delivered by post, we aim to despatch all orders within
2 to 5 working days after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we
can if there is likely to be a delay.
All measurements are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate
as the photographic and production process will allow.
All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase
and sale of goods from our website shall be construed and governed according
to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
If goods supplied are found to be faulty a refund will be made provided that
they are returned within reasonable time, in line with the Sale of Goods Act
1979 (amended). In the first instance, please contact us by email to arrange for an immediate return.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy or simply don't want the products you
have ordered, let us know within 14 days of receiving them and we will arrange
for a full refund to be made after you return the goods to us in their original
condition. This 14 day period starts the day after you receive the goods. The
refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact
us, by e-mail or phone as soon as is practicably possible.
If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched just
send it back to us unopened for a refund of full purchase price.
We reserve the right to decline orders when incomplete contact details are supplied or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a fraudulent card is being used. We work closely with the Royal Bank of Scotland to screen purchases to detect fraud and protect card holders.
